Minutes of meeting of the Public Opening of Tender held on November 20th, 2009 in the Board Room at the National Procurement and Tender Administration
The meeting was called to order at 09:35 hours, to open and record bids received on that date.
Present were:
1. Mr. A. Rahim – Board Member
2. Mr. L. Forde - CEO
3. Ms. N. Ramotar – Procurement Officer
4. Ms. A. Rogers – Procurement Officer
5. Mr. M. DeJonge – Procurement Specialist
6. Mr. A. Parag– I T Specialist
7. Mr. R. George – Office Assistant.
Also present at the meeting were representatives of the procuring entities as well as representatives of the bidders.
Bids were opened for the following projects the details of which are attached.
