Minutes of meeting of the Public Opening of Tender held on March 30th,
2010 in the Board Room at the National Procurement and Tender Administration
The meeting was called to order at 09:45 hours, to open and record bids
received on that date.
Present were:

4. Ms. I. Paul– Procurement Officer
5. Ms. M. Ward – Procurement Specialist
6. Mr. M. De Jonge – Procurement Officer

8. Mr. R. Lowe– Office Assistant.
Also present at the meeting were representatives of the procuring
entities as well as representatives of the bidders.
At the time of opening no bids were received for Ministry of Culture
Youth and Sports- Provision of Pest Control Services.
Bids were opened for the following projects the details of which are attached.
