Minutes of meeting of the Public Opening of Tender held on May 13th 2010 in
the Board Room at the National Procurement and Tender Administration
The meeting was called to order at 09:30 hours, to open and record bids
received on that date.
Present were:
1. Mr. A. Rahim – Vice-Chairman
2. Mr. L. Forde – Chief executive Officer
3. Ms. N. Ramotar- Procurement Officer
4. Mr. K. Conway- Procurement Officer
5. Mrs. A. Rogers- Procurement Officer
Also present at the meeting were representatives of the procuring entities
as well as representatives of the bidders.
Bids were opened for the following projects the details of which are attached.
